Kenevo automatically detects when you sit down and assists you. Even if your movement is slow, you stay in control, because the resistance in the MPKadapts to your movement. This feature helps makes the Kenevo very stable and an ideal primary prosthesis.

Kenevo provides the greatest saftey possible while standing, regardless of the selected activity mode. In activity modes A and B, safety is provided by the locked stance phase. Stance phase is the time when your prosthetic foot is in contact with the floor. In the more dynamic activity mode C, stable standing is possible even with the knee flexed, thanks to the intuitive stance feature.

Thanks to additional ground clearance, the Kenevo enables uses to sitin a wheelchair. With only one hand movement, the prosthetic knee joint can be locked between a slightly bent position and an almost fully extended leg. This prevents the leg prosthesis from getting caught on the ground.

The difference between a stumble and a fall can take milliseconds, and unlike other MPKs, the Kenevo does not need to detect a stumble to provide additional support. The knee is prepared during each swing phase for a stumble, meaning there is no reaction time. If a stumble was to occur as the knee is extending, the resistance is already high, preventing the knee from bending further when your foot makes contact with the floor.

Kenevo provides intuitive support while walking down ramps. As you bend the knee the resistance increases to support and control your descent. This improves stability and can support your mobility, both indoors and out.

Want to be more active, now you can easily increase your activity with the new intuitive cycling mode on the Kenevo.The resistance in the MPK automatically adapts as soon as you begin cycling on an indoor bicycle ensuring a seamless experience. Then, once you’re done, the MPK switches back automatically when you step off the bike – convenience at its finest!

With the manual locking function, the Kenevo can be conveniently secured in the extended position by a simple tapping pattern, even when using a cover.This offers users with low mobility additional stability in situations whereincreased safety is needed.

The new training feedback function means physiotherapistscan gain valuable insights into their patients movement execution, enabling tailored tips and guidance during therapysessions.Through the Kenevo ABC app and Cockpit connect app, acoustic signals can be selected for some, or all of each patients selected movement patterns. The Kenevo will then make a sound to notify that a patient has performed the movement correctly.

Kenevo can be charged conveniently without removing the foam cover. Additionally, the donning function allows you to put on the prosthesis while seated. In Modes A, B, and B+, the Kenevo is locked in the stance phase, but to enable easy bending, the donning function has been added. When the charger is disconnected, the knee can flex once with minimal resistance. In Mode C, the knee can already bend against a constant resistance. This feature simplifies daily activities, allowing more time for what’s important to you.

Kenevo is now available for users with a body weight of up to 150 kg. This expands the application possibilities and enables even more people tobenefit from the proven stability and innovative technology of our MPK!

The intuitive indoor bicycle function of the Kenevo allows for cyclingon a stationary indoor bicycle (bicycle ergometer). Riding a bicycle with the Kenevo has not been tested and is therefore not permitted.

The intuitive indoor bicycle function is only available in mode C and has to be activated in advance in the K-Soft software by your prosthetist. It can then be switched on intuitively by making a pedalling movement or via the Cockpit app.
